EnergySafe Tecnologia, located at Rua Clélia, 2208, Cj 810, Lapa, São Paulo-SP, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

When you fill out the form or use the chat, we collect: name, job title, company, city/country, phone/WhatsApp, email, contact preference, industry, power bill range, reported issues and message. We also record the page you came from and any campaign parameters (UTM) in the website address.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to contact you, present our solution and measure how well our campaigns perform. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or the chat, and the carrying out of steps prior to a contract.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your data. It may only be shared with business partners and service providers who help us run the website and customer service, under a duty of confidentiality, or when required by law.
